Product ecosystem

Three applications, one shared project

Customer, contractor and office work on the same request, quote and project records, so nothing is retyped between steps.

  • Customer app: choosing what the job is about, with categories for doors and windows, floors, painting, kitchen and bathroom.

    Mobile-first web app

    Customer Application

    • Guided request by job type, with photos, video and room measurements
    • Quote review, acceptance and start-date confirmation
    • Messages, change-order approval and the final check
  • Contractor app: work plan for a painting job with completed, active and upcoming tasks.

    Phone app for the crew

    Contractor Mobile Application

    • Today view with the week strip and what needs attention
    • Work plan, start, pause and resume, photo and material records
    • Field report, problem handling and handover
  • Office platform: project list with status, customer and value for each project.

    Desktop web app

    Office Management Platform

    • Requests inbox, quotes with revisions and PDF, customer register
    • Decision room, planning, week calendar and change orders
    • Projects, completion, invoicing, analytics and team roles

Screens from the running applications with synthetic sample data. The customer and contractor apps are shown in Swedish, their primary language.

End-to-end workflow

From the customer's first request to a completed job

Each stage is marked by what the repository and its automated tests show today.

  1. Customer Request

The customer picks the job type, adds photos and measurements and sends the request to matching companies.

    Verified in code and tests

  2. Project Capture

The office reviews the request in its inbox, asks questions and turns it into a project with a work brief.

    Verified in code and tests

  3. Quote

Fixed, estimated or time-and-materials quotes, calculated by the pricing engine, with revisions and PDF.

    Verified in code and tests

  4. Booking

The customer accepts and confirms the start; booking checks the company's capacity.

    Verified in code and tests

  5. Contractor Execution

The crew follows the work plan and records time, photos and materials. Change orders are priced in the office.

    Verified in code and tests

  6. Completion

Handover, the customer's final check and invoicing close the project.

    Verified in code and tests

Verification covers source code and automated tests, including tests against a real database. No real customer job has yet run through all three applications, so this is not a statement about production usage.

Technology and architecture

A maintained TypeScript codebase, not a prototype

The platform is one monorepo with clear application boundaries, a shared domain layer, a pricing engine and a versioned database schema.

  • Application separation

A customer app and a professional app with office and field surfaces, built with Next.js 15 and React 19. They share a domain package, a pricing engine and a database package.

  • API architecture

Server route handlers grouped by domain, with a command layer for the project loop: requests, quotes, bookings, work plans, completion and invoicing.

  • Data model

PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM, about 108 tables and 96 SQL migrations. Records are scoped to an organization with role checks, and key actions are written to an audit log.

  • Quality

Strict TypeScript and close to 300 test files: domain rules, API handlers, rendered screens and integration tests against a real database.

  • Localization

The office and field apps run in Swedish, English, Polish, Arabic, Romanian and Ukrainian, with right-to-left layout for Arabic. The customer app is in Swedish.

  • Integrations

S3-compatible media storage, email through Resend or SMTP, optional Google Maps, optional AI services for request classification and summaries, and optional Stripe. Each one is off or falls back safely when it is not configured.

Current status, stated plainly

  • No customer agreements have been signed, and no revenue or usage figures are claimed. A read-only showcase with synthetic data is online.
  • Room measurements are entered by hand and calculated exactly. Camera-based room scanning exists in code but has not been verified on a device, and iOS apps are not started.
  • Contract acceptance in production stays closed until approved legal terms are in place.
  • It runs on a single server with blue/green releases and has not been load-tested. No security certifications are claimed.

The offer

One platform, one buyer, one transfer

Anlito is sold once, as a whole, to one buyer. The final asset list is set in the acquisition agreement.

These are the seller's asking terms, not an independent or verified valuation. VAT is added where applicable.

Buyer due diligence

What a serious buyer can verify

Evidence is shared step by step with qualified buyers, after a confidentiality agreement.

  1. Product demonstrations

Live walkthrough of the customer, contractor and office applications.

  2. Technical architecture

Architecture overview, data model and the boundaries between applications.

  3. Source-code review

Supervised read access to the repository and its history.

  4. Functional verification

A feature matrix tied to source files and automated tests, with gaps marked.

  5. Third-party dependencies

Inventory of libraries and external services, with their licences.

  6. IP ownership boundaries

Exactly which code, data and brand assets transfer, and which services need the buyer's own accounts.

  7. Deployment status

How and where the platform runs today, and what a production handover requires.

  8. Documentation and transition

Existing documentation and a proposed transition plan.

This public page never contains credentials, private source code, personal data or security-sensitive configuration.

Reason for sale

Why Anlito is available

Anlito was built to give construction and home-services companies one connected system, from the customer's request to the completed job.

The founder is now prioritizing other technology initiatives. Offering Anlito to a buyer who can take it to market gives the platform the focus it deserves.

Handover

A structured transition

The founder can support the transition for up to 15–20 hours per week for an agreed period: code walkthroughs, architecture sessions and help with the first release under new ownership.

Transition support is agreed and compensated separately. It is not open-ended, and it is not free ongoing technical support.
